Our client, a young bachelor with a passion for surfing, skateboarding, and music, commissioned us to design a penthouse. Initially, he only requested the design of the bedroom area. However, he later expanded the scope to include the hallway, kitchen, and living room. The centerpiece of the bedroom is an elevated bed platform, accompanied by a stylish freestanding bathroom (with a bathtub and sink) and a sauna. The wall behind the bed is uniquely textured, continuing into the bathroom to enhance the space's exclusive feel. The heart of the living room and the atmosphere of the entire apartment is a half-pipe skateboard ramp. Its design and dynamic nature add an exciting dimension to the home. The living room's color palette reflects the shades of tropical waters, dominated by green and blue. The walls surrounding the skateboard ramp are covered in soft material to reduce noise and prevent mechanical damage. Additionally, we divided the cladding with vertical LED light strips, further enhancing the space's visual appeal. The skateboard ramp serves not only as a sports equipment but also expands the living room's communal area. When designing the dining counter, a key consideration was its multifunctionality. Its organic shapes reference nature, particularly water and waves. The hallway is purely functional, and the curved elements soften the linearity of the corridor while dynamically guiding us into the apartment.<\/p>","protected":false},"featured_media":651,"parent":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":true,"_seopress_titles_title":"","_seopress_titles_desc":"","_seopress_robots_index":"","_seopress_robots_follow":"","_seopress_robots_imageindex":"","_seopress_robots_snippet":"","_seopress_robots_primary_cat":"","_seopress_robots_breadcrumbs":"","_seopress_robots_freeze_modified_date":"","_seopress_robots_custom_modified_date":"","_seopress_robots_canonical":"","_seopress_social_fb_title":"","_seopress_social_fb_desc":"","_seopress_social_fb_img":"","_seopress_social_fb_img_attachment_id":0,"_seopress_social_fb_img_width":0,"_seopress_social_fb_img_height":0,"_seopress_social_twitter_title":"","_seopress_social_twitter_desc":"","_seopress_social_twitter_img":"","_seopress_social_twitter_img_attachment_id":0,"_seopress_social_twitter_img_width":0,"_seopress_social_twitter_img_height":0,"_seopress_redirections_value":"","_seopress_redirections_enabled":"","_seopress_redirections_enabled_regex":"","_seopress_redirections_logged_status":"both","_seopress_redirections_param":"","_seopress_redirections_type":301,"_seopress_analysis_target_kw":"","_seopress_news_disabled":"","_seopress_video_disabled":"","_seopress_video":[],"_seopress_pro_schemas_manual":[],"_seopress_pro_rich_snippets_disable_all":"","_seopress_pro_rich_snippets_disable":[],"_seopress_pro_schemas":[],"iawp_total_views":96},"csapattag":[],"portfolio-cimke":[50,49,44,53,54,51,52],"portfolio-kategoria":[28],"class_list":["post-641","portfolio","type-portfolio","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","portfolio-cimke-bretz","portfolio-cimke-ivanka","portfolio-cimke-solinfo","portfolio-cimke-vari-light","portfolio-cimke-vescom","portfolio-cimke-wever-ducre","portfolio-cimke-zuiver","portfolio-kategoria-belsoepiteszet"],"blocksy_meta":{"styles_descriptor":{"styles":{"desktop":"","tablet":"","mobile":""},"google_fonts":[],"version":8}},"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/karakter.archi\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/portfolio\/641","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/karakter.archi\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/portfolio"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/karakter.archi\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/portfolio"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/karakter.archi\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/651"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/karakter.archi\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=641"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"csapattag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/karakter.archi\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/csapattag?post=641"},{"taxonomy":"portfolio-cimke","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/karakter.archi\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/portfolio-cimke?post=641"},{"taxonomy":"portfolio-kategoria","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/karakter.archi\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/portfolio-kategoria?post=641"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
