Innovative, complex, and dynamic, yet very nature-friendly solutions. The Heavy Tools headquarters, completed in just over a year and a half, includes everything from the showroom to the logistics warehouse and the executives' offices.
A beautiful double row of Lombardy poplars on Kunigunda Street is located on the site, and preserving it was an important consideration. This inspired the interior design as well, with plenty of plants incorporated into the building and a focus on natural materials. Thanks to these features and the penetrating light through the large glass panels, we truly feel as if we are working in nature, which positively influences the creative work happening here.
Just as the brand is characterized by dynamic growth, this dynamic is also reflected in the building itself, evident in the walls of the office. The elements of the structure are clean and simple in design, expressing the style represented by the brand.
The intellectual section, where real creative work takes place, spans 1600 square meters and is closely functionally connected to the more than 5000 square meter logistics center.
On the ground floor, next to the reception, we allocated space for a 220 m² multifunctional reference store. The more rationally designed, separate, and quieter offices can be found on three floors. When designing these spaces, it was important to allow for the possibility of creative retreats instead of the standard "open office" layout.
Additionally, there are many opportunities within the spaces. To ensure that employees feel at home, we have created multifunctional communal areas that inspire the work being done here.
The rooftop terrace planned for the second floor can serve not only as a communal space but also as a venue for presentations and meetings in the future.
Environmental consciousness was an important consideration in the design. Renewable energy sources have been implemented; 150 solar panels were installed on the building, and water purification systems on every floor reduce the use of PET bottles.
Overall, we have created a modest, balanced, elegant, and inspiring work environment.
