The apartment was purchased at that time for investment purposes by the Celero project (now split into Celero project / The Only Monolith). Since they are involved in design and real estate development, we received an almost complete floor plan that we only needed to fill with our ideas; in essence, we fine-tuned the project.
One of the most exciting aspects of the apartment is that we moved the dining area from the living room to the corridor, which not only opened up the living space but also made the living room feel airier. We logically designed the layout of the spaces, resulting in a truly practical and functional living area.
